Monday - Friday
Starting pay - $18/ hr

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, and appliance installation.

Unit turn preparation, including troubleshooting and repairing issues.

Ensure all repairs meet safety and building standards.

Respond to on-site maintenance requests as needed.
Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.

Knowledge of tools, safety practices, and building systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with tools and own tools

Attention to detail and commitment to clean, professional finishes.
- Must have vehicle and drivers license
