Job Title: Machine Room Operator (Entry-Level/Experienced)

Pay Rate: $15–$17/hour (Based on experience and ability)

Incentives: Raise upon permanent hire + 401(k) eligibility after 1 year

Location: Monroeville/Plum

Shift:

Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)
Post-Training: Must be open to 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Second Shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Room Operator to join our production team. This role is suitable for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Training is provided for the right individual who demonstrates a mechanical mindset and strong work ethic.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual—attendance is critical
Experience with lathe or machine operation is a plus, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Basic math skills
Mechanically inclined
Flexible with schedule and shift changes
Must have short, clean nails and no makeup (especially no glitter)

Physical Demands:

Must have steady hands for precision work
Ability to be on your feet for full shift durations
