Job Title: Line Cook
Location: Verona
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Seasonal (between 20-40 hours a week)
Schedule: Must be available for both opening and closing shifts, including weekends.
Position Summary:
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals for our members and guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding the highest culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation in accordance with health regulations

Assist with food prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations

Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service

Follow direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional chef or line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen

ServSafe Certification (preferred)

Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation procedures

Availability for both opening and closing shifts, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Ability to work in a team environment with a professional and positive attitude

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a clean, professional appearance
