Job Title: Line Cook
Location: Verona
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Seasonal (between 20-40 hours a week)
Schedule: Must be available for both opening and closing shifts, including weekends.

Position Summary:

As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals for our members and guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation in accordance with health regulations

  • Assist with food prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations

  • Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining accuracy and consistency

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service

  • Follow direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional chef or line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen

  • ServSafe Certification (preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation procedures

  • Availability for both opening and closing shifts, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays

  • Ability to work in a team environment with a professional and positive attitude

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a clean, professional appearance
