Maintenance Technician – Swissvale, PA
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician on behalf of one of our clients in Swissvale, PA. This full-time, day shift position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No weekends!)
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and routine maintenance on facility equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment as needed

Maintain and make repairs within a 100-year-old building (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.)

Assist with seasonal building upkeep, including shoveling snow and applying salt in winter
-
Support general production operations as needed to ensure equipment uptime
Qualifications:
-
Previous manufacturing experience required
-
HVAC experience strongly preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently

Resourceful and able to problem-solve on the fly

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment
