Equipment Operator – Commercial Snow Removal
Location: West Mifflin / Pittsburgh, PA
Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Equipment Operator on behalf of one of our clients.
We’re looking for experienced and dependable Operators to assist with commercial snow removal this winter season. This position involves operating a loader and an F550 with salter to clear and maintain properties during snow events.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate loaders and F550 trucks with salters for snow and ice removal

Maintain and inspect equipment before and after use
-
Respond promptly when called in for snow events (on-call, 24-hour notice)

Work safely and efficiently in winter weather conditions
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (required)

Previous experience operating heavy equipment and salters

Reliable transportation to job sites in the West Mifflin / Pittsburgh area

Availability to work flexible, on-call hours during snow events
