Customer Relations/Administrative Representative

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local company in Pittsburgh (15221 Area) to find a dependable Customer Relations/Administrative Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and supporting office operations in a professional environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Maintain organized files and accurate documentation
- Support internal teams with clerical and customer-related needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior Customer Support experience required
- Prior Administrative experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with quotes, proposals, and office documentation
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting support experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
