General Landscaper | Grounds Laborer
Location: Plum, PA 15668
Pay: $15.00/hr. (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday– Friday | 40+ hours weekly
Type: Full-Time | In-person
Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Landscapers on behalf of one of our clients in the Plum area. We are looking for Grounds Laborers to help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, are physically capable, and take pride in their work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care including mowing, trimming, and weeding as a General Landscaper / Grounds Laborer
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal landscaping material
- Apply fertilizer and assist with basic landscape maintenance
- Operate landscaping machinery such as mowers, blowers, and other equipment safely
- Clean up debris and maintain clean, safe work areas
- Support general landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment safely
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and performing work throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License
