Location: Hill District, PA 15219
Part-Time | In-Person
Pay: $17.00/hr.
Schedule: Mondays 6:00-10:30pm| Tuesdays 4:00-9:00pm| Saturday (last of month) 10:00am - 3:00pm + additional scheduled program hours
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Broadcast Production Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients. We are seeking a dependable, creative, and motivated individual with a passion for media production who is looking to gain hands-on experience in live broadcasting, content creation, and production operations.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to live and recorded content production for radio broadcasting and digital distribution platforms including YouTube and social media channels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well within a team, and be excited to learn and grow in media production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with live production activities including radio broadcasts, live streams, and in-studio programming
- Monitor live programs to ensure feeds and broadcasts remain active and running smoothly
- Support camera operation, audio systems, and integration of graphics during live programming
- Coordinate production workflow including scripts, broadcasts, recorded content, and related activities
- Assist station talent and team members with program information and content channels
- Create engaging and interesting content segments for audience distribution
- Develop and post relevant content on social media platforms
- Communicate effectively with team members and support collaborative projects
Qualifications:
- Pursing or completed education in Media Productions, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Passion for media production and content creation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
- Experience with social media platforms preferred
