We are currently looking for a qualified Bilingual Leasing Agent for a company located in Ridgeland, SC.
Pay: $16.00/hr.
Schedule: M-F 9am-6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring “model” or target apartments are ready for show
- Utilizing required telephone and sales techniques
- Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, at all times
- Conducting daily physical inspections of the property to make sure all vacant apartments are ready
Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to climb stairs as business dictates and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- The ability to walk properties frequently and regularly while being exposed to outside weather conditions
