•    Control costs of goods and labor to meet budget goals.
•    Achieve profit goals and ensure all products are received in correct quantity/condition.
•    Enforce all company policies, procedures, and standards.
•    Ensure excellent customer service and manage guest feedback.
•    Maintain consistency in food quality and portioning.
•    Conduct weekly inventory and keep COG on target.
•    Meet sales, quality, and cleanliness objectives through effective team training.
•    Oversee hiring, training, and the New Hire Checklist.
•    Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
•    Handle hiring/termination decisions and fill in during service as needed.
•    Prepare reports and schedules on time (e.g., payroll, inventory, sales sheets).
•    Ensure equipment maintenance and a Health Score of 90+.
•    Be ServSafe certified and implement sanitation standards.
•    Conduct team member performance reviews and enforce policies consistently.
•    Schedule labor based on business needs and ensure labor goals are met.
•    Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
•    Lead marketing campaigns to grow sales and improve customer retention.

Qualifications:

• Basic Math, proficient with POS systems, and the ability to work long hours ( up to 12 hours standing). GM must also work up to 60 hours a week.
