We are currently looking for a qualified Driver/Warehouse worker for a company located in Ridgeland
Pay: $DOE/HR
Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with various types of vehicles, such as forklifts, vans, and box trucks
- Proficient in route driving and navigation using GPS or maps
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and proced
