Job Full Description

Consumer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced environment in our Early Branch, SC, office. This role is 100% in office. Will mainly answer and respond to inbound phone calls with the potential to handle some outbound calls relating to backorders, estimated time of arrivals and sales order fulfillment. Will serve as part of our front line of communication, navigating resources and solving inquiries relating to consumer needs and inquiries. Will handle consumer calls regarding Le Creuset’s services to researching resolutions to consumer needs – you will be a key part of the team with everything you do.


REQUIREMENTS:
•    Previous Call Center Representative experience is preferred.
•    Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Rep experience handling inbound & outbound
•    Excellent computer skills
•    Must possess the ability to function in a fast-paced operations environment.
•    Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task under pressure.
•    Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
•    Must be able to work independently and within a team.
•    Must be willing to work additional hours when required.
•    Good at mathematics
•    Comfortable working from heights (Order Picker & Swing Reach Truck operation)
•    Able to move and lift items up to 50 pounds.
