CDL A Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. The schedule is Monday - Friday, and day shift! Be home daily. Dump Trucks, Concrete Mixer Trucks, Industrial Flatbeds, Moffett Trucks, Boom Lift Trucks, etc.
CDL A Driver Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A)
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record (MVR), and be able to pass Clearinghouse
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
CDL A Driver Duties:
- Load/unload using appropriate equipment
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure safety and report any defects or malfunctions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
