Job Full Description
After hired on pay will be increased, depending on prior performance, by $2-4/hr!
The Thermoformer Packer is responsible for the safe and efficient packing of thermoforming machines. This position
requires attention to detail, ensuring the finished products meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean, safe work
environment.
Duties:
* Inspect thermoformed products for quality, including
checking for defects, dimensional accuracy, and overall
appearance
* Pack finished products according to company
specifications, ensuring proper labeling and stacking in
containers
* Maintain an organized and clean work area, following
safety protocols to prevent accidents
* Work collaboratively with other production team
members and report any issues or malfunctions to the
operator/supervisor
* Ensure all products are properly packed to prevent
damage during work in progress (WIP) and adhere to
customer and company specifications
* Assist in inventory control by properly labeling and
storing finished products
* Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing
appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Assist with Thermoformer Operator safety, quality and
production requirements
* Any other tasks assigned by the Thermofomer Operator
* Assist, as needed, in other areas of the manufacturing
plant
Responsibilities:
* This is an entry level role that is open to training!
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical
certification or training in a manufacturing
environment preferred
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to
producing high-quality products
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
meet production deadlines
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well
in a team environment
* Ability to stand, bend, twist and lift up to 50lbsfor
extended periods
* Ability to work in a warehouse environment with
heavy machinery and materialsfor extended
periods, with exposure to hazardous substances
