Minimum 1 year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (preferred).

Ability to use computers, scanners, and shipping software to process orders.

Strong attention to detail when checking incoming and outgoing shipments.

Ability to read and interpret packing slips, BOLs, labels, and work orders.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Effective communication skills for coordinating with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.

Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory.

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and proper material handling.

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.

Forklift experience or certification (preferred but not always required)
