Job Full Description
We are currently looking for a qualified Production Supervisor for a company located in Ridgeland.
Pay: $55,000-60,000/yr. (DOE)
Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm
Job Responsibilities:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the production floor.

Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed.
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, production, or a related industry.

Strong knowledge of production processes, workplace safety, and quality standards.

Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.

Proficiency with basic computer systems, production software, and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage workflow, scheduling, and performance of production teams.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
