Previous experience in vehicle, small engine, or electric vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably with golf cars, carts, or similar vehicles.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and battery systems.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work, including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.

Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred.
