Lead and oversee sanitation team during assigned shifts

Ensure all cleaning and sanitation tasks are completed according to SOPs

Train and coach sanitation staff on proper cleaning methods and safety practices

Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance

Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and company sanitation standards

Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas
-
Maintain sanitation logs, checklists, and documentation
-
Communicate expectations and instructions clearly in English and Spanish

Report issues, equipment needs, or safety concerns to management

Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals

Support audits and inspections as needed

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous sanitation or janitorial experience required

Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, tools, and procedures

Understanding of food safety, GMPs, and OSHA standards (if applicable)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends
