Perform restoration, remediation, and reconstruction work at job sites

Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage cleanup and mitigation

Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment

Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup

Assist with basic reconstruction tasks (drywall, painting, flooring, etc.)

Follow safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company procedures

Document job progress and report issues to supervisors

Communicate professionally with customers and team members
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles
-
Travel to job sites and respond to emergency calls as needed

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous restoration, construction, or general labor experience a plus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work

Ability to work in varying conditions (wet, dusty, confined spaces)

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

IICRC certification preferred or willingness to obtain
