Job Full Description
We are currently looking for a qualified Shipping and Receiving Manager for a company located in Hardeeville, SC.
Pay: $24.04/hr.
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations

Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Supervise, train, and schedule shipping and receiving staff
-
Coordinate with carriers, freight companies, and internal departments
-
Ensure proper documentation for shipments, returns, and inventory transfers
-
Monitor inventory flow and resolve discrepancies
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
-
Track performance metrics, productivity, and shipping costs
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse area
-
Address operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
-
Prior management or supervisory experience required

Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, freight processes, and inventory control
-
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Forklift experience or certification a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
