Group Leader (Spinning) July 15, 2026

Located in Estill, SC

Pay: $23.81/hr.

We are currently looking for a qualified Group Leader for a company located in Estill, SC.

Pay: $17.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the spinning production team during assigned shifts
Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet production goals
Ensure spinning machines are operating safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality and address production issues promptly
Train and mentor new and existing team members on equipment, procedures, and safety practices
Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to maintain production schedules
Complete production reports and maintain accurate documentation
Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or textile environment preferred
Knowledge of spinning processes, machinery, and production equipment
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to train, coach, and motivate production associates
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to monitor production goals and maintain quality standards
Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
