Leasing Agent

Pay: $22.00+/hr.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift

Responsibilities:

Greet prospective tenants promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about available units and community amenities.
Conduct property tours, highlighting features and answering questions to assist clients in making informed leasing decisions.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant law, and Section 8 guidelines during all leasing activities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lease agreements, and property availability through data entry and filing systems.
Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks.
Upsell additional services or lease options to prospective tenants to maximize occupancy rates.
Handle conflict management professionally by addressing resident concerns or disputes with tact and resolution-focused communication.
Assist in budgeting activities related to leasing operations and monitor lease expiration dates for timely renewals.
Support administrative functions such as filing, phone etiquette, client communication, and customer relationship management

Qualifications:

Manage lease or rental agreement processes, including application screening, credit checks, and document preparation using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite.
