Appliance Installer Helper
Pay: $17.00+/hr.
Schedule: Monday through Friday,8am-5pm
Job Description: We are currently looking for a qualified Appliance Installer Helper for a company located in HHI, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs with assistance as needed
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and construction environments
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work safely around appliances, electrical connections, and plumbing connections
- Willingness to travel to different job sites throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Willingness to follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in appliance installation, delivery, construction, maintenance, or general labor is preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn appliance installation procedures
- Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and levels is a plus
- Ability to assist with loading, unloading, carrying, positioning, and installing appliances
- Strong attention to detail to help prevent damage to appliances and customer property
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a two-person installation team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions from the lead installer
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn new skills
- Experience with refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, or other household appliances is a plus
