Janitorial Maintenance
Pay: $16.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3pm-5pm
Job Description: We are currently looking for a qualified janitorial Maintenance for a company located in Hampton, SC
Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize designated work areas.

Empty trash containers and properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials.

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, equipment, and shared spaces.

Restock restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers as needed.

Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, production areas, and surrounding facilities.

Perform minor maintenance tasks and report equipment or facility repairs to management.

Follow proper procedures for handling, storing, and disposing of cleaning chemicals.

Maintain cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment in safe working condition.
-
Identify and report potential safety hazards, spills, or maintenance concerns.

Follow company safety policies, sanitation standards, and cleaning schedules.

Assist with additional janitorial and general maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
-
Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred, but not required.

Basic knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and sanitation procedures.

Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and proper PPE usage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overtime when needed.
