Manufacturing Associate
Pay: $17.25+/hr.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift
Job Description: We are currently looking for a qualified Manufacturing Associate for a company located in Walterboro, SC.
Responsibilities:

Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.

Operate production machinery and equipment safely following company procedures.

Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare finished products for distribution.

Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Inspect materials and finished products for defects or damage.
-
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
-
Follow production schedules, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
-
Maintain accurate production counts and report any discrepancies.
-
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Perform additional manufacturing and general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; training may be provided.

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining accuracy.

Familiarity with hand tools, assembly equipment, or production machinery is a plus.
