As an Outside Sales Representative for Express you will:
- Develop new clients in a designated territory in the Columbia Metropolitan area using a variety of sales activities
- Expand and maintain existing clientele and business potential
- Use a consultative sales approach to provide workforce & workplace solutions based on the company's current challenges
- Join and actively participate in civic and professional organizations to network and grow future business relationships
- Maintain current prospect and client list and develop action plans to earn new business opportunities
- Educate prospect and client companies on current workforce challenges using state of the art training programs
- Communicate daily with inside sales team to form team approach to servicing and gaining new clients/prospects
- Document accurate record of daily sales activities and client records into proprietary software system
- Consistently meet sales goals
