Position Summary
The PRN Environmental Services Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary hospital environment. This position supports patient care by ensuring all assigned areas meet hospital cleanliness standards and infection prevention guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, clinical areas, and common spaces

Follow hospital policies and infection control protocols

Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

Respond promptly to assigned cleaning requests and urgent needs

Help promote patient safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction

Maintain organized and sanitary work areas
Schedule

Flexible shifts based on facility needs

Available hours between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days per week
-
8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts available

Typical schedule consists of 5 working days followed by 2 days off

This is a PRN (as-needed) position and may require evenings, weekends, and holidays
