Job Full Description
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to and direct client inquiries via phone, email and in-person communication to appropriate sales team members.
- Support the sales team with order processing and assist clients with order pickups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assist with showroom presentation and merchandising
- Organize fabric books, create sale tags, and manage various administrative tasks
- Provide general support to the management team as needed

Schedule:
Part Time: Thursday-Saturday 9:30 AM-5:00 PM
Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday 9:30 AM-5:00 PM
