Job Full Description
Position Overview:
Candidates will support daily plant operations in various roles, including:
- Operator Assistants
- Balers
- General Laborers
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment, requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.
Schedule:
- Initial Training Days: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Regular Schedule: 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off)
- Includes every other weekend
Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators with extrusion processes
- Handle, sort, and package finished plastic materials
- Operate baling equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
