Job Full Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact daily with a large and diverse customer base
- Respond to customer quotations, inquiries, needs, and complaints in a timely manner
- Process customer orders, including quotations and order entry
- Source non-stock items and manage work order entry
- Conduct follow-ups and outbound calls to support direct sales efforts
- Communicate customer interactions that may require attention from outside sales representatives or lead to additional sales opportunities
- Understand company goals and apply them to support sales growth and profitability
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as credit, inventory, systems, and warehouse operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$23.10 – $28.88 per hour, depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Industry experience is a plus
- Previous sales and/or commercial customer service experience preferred
