Service Technician / Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service Technician / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position involves servicing windows and doors at residential homes and construction job sites while providing excellent customer service to homeowners, contractors, and our sales team. When not performing service work in the field, the successful candidate will assist with warehouse and shop duties.
Responsibilities

Service, repair, and adjust windows and doors at residential homes and job sites

Diagnose and resolve issues related to window and door installations

Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and the sales manager

Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner on all job sites

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and work area

Assist with warehouse operations and shop work as needed

Help with loading, unloading, organizing, and inventory management in the warehouse

Support the team with various warehouse and operational tasks
Qualifications

Experience working with windows and doors required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable interacting with homeowners, contractors, and company personnel

Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical work

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and highly preferred
