Manufacturing Machine Operator – 1st Shift
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a full-time, first-shift position for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Set up, start up, operate, and safely shut down manufacturing equipment while meeting production and quality standards.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas throughout the shift.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position. The job can be messy, and employees should expect that ink may come into contact with clothing and skin during normal job duties. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
