Production Associate (Bilingual Required)
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shifts Available:
-
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
-
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
We are seeking dependable, motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Associates to join our team! This is a hands-on manufacturing position offering multiple shifts and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment, including laminators, tape machines, shrink wrappers, banders, and other machinery.

Complete customer project-based production tasks accurately and efficiently.

Assist with production records, documentation, and reporting.

Support kit packing lines based on customer requirements.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Meet daily production schedules and performance goals.

Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.

Work overtime as required to meet production demands.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Basic math skills.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
