Now Hiring: Welder 1st shift (Temp-to-Hire)
A fast-paced fabrication shop is seeking qualified candidates for a TIG Aluminum Welder position. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company.
In this team-oriented role, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing components according to specifications. Candidates must be able to accurately set up and operate welding equipment. Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding is highly preferred.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week)
Pay:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements:

Must pass both horizontal and vertical flux core welding tests

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

High school diploma or GED required (vocational training or technical education preferred)

Must be able to move, twist, bend, and crouch regularly during shifts
