Job Full Description
A great company in Oak Ridge is seeking an outdoor enthusiast to join us as an Maintenance Technician! If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference in our community, this role is for you.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in installing and repairing water main valves.
- Maintain water and wastewater systems.
- Repair water main breaks, leaks, and pump systems.
- Clean and repair sewers.
- Assist in inspecting and televising damaged areas.
- Collect water samples for testing.
- Perform road and grounds maintenance.
- Clear trees and limbs from roadways.
- CDL a plus
Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 10 hours/day.
- This is a 100% outside position. MUST be able to withstand weather.
- Must be willing to do general labor work.
Pay: $17.04/HR
Shift: Monday -- Friday. 6:30 AM -- 3 PM.
