Job Full Description
A local housing community is looking for a Residential Maintenance associate. This is a Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM position, and the pay ranges from $20+/hour D.O.E!
Job responsibilities include:
- Removing and repairing damaged flooring and tile.
- Install and repair door and window screens.
- Remove, install, and repair a variety of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, commodes, water closets, bath tubs, showers, and faucets.
- Remove, install, and repair cabinets and counter tops.
- Remove, install, and repair door locks.
- Repair and maintain masonry structure; remove damaged stones, bricks, and blocks.
- Assist in the maintenance of grounds around housing developments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
