Job Full Description

Machine Operator / Production Associate

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Stack and load materials into machines (primary, repetitive task)

• Pull required materials from inventory for production runs

• Perform machine setup and changeovers as needed

• Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting once trained

• Operate machinery per procedures with strong attention to quality

• Complete production paperwork and accuracy checks

• Log data into computer systems and review SPC data

• Inspect finished products prior to release to production

• Maintain productivity while meeting quality and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to communicate effectively with Quality and Maintenance teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety

• Mechanically inclined or willing to learn machine repair

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Willingness to train new hires once established

Preferred Qualifications:

• Production or manufacturing experience

• Mechanical or maintenance experience a plus
