Job Full Description
We’re hiring a reliable Mill Operator for 3rd shift. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, and ensuring materials are processed accurately and safely.
Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor mill equipment
• Load/unload materials and maintain proper machine settings
• Perform basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
• Willingness to train and learn new processes
