What You’ll Do
• Operate insulation blowing equipment
• Install insulation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces
• Prep and clean job sites
• Lift 30–50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
What You Need
• Reliable, strong work ethic
• Ability to work in hot/cold/dusty areas
• Comfortable with ladders and hand tools
• Background check & drug screen required
• Construction experience a plus
