Glass Vial Autopacker – 7pm to 7am (3 Days On / 3 Days Off)
We’re hiring a Glass Vial Autopacker to join a fast-paced, safety-focused production team. This role operates automated packing equipment, inspects glass vials, and ensures products meet quality standards before shipment.
Shift & Schedule
• 7am–7pm
• 3 days on / 3 days off rotating schedule
• Built-in work/life balance with long weekends every cycle
What You’ll Do
• Operate automated vial-packing machinery
• Inspect glass vials for defects, cracks, or inconsistencies
• Keep production lines stocked with materials
• Package, label, and prepare finished product for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
• Meet production and quality goals as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
• Comfortable working around automated machinery
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
