Now Hiring: Overnight Assembler – Immediate Start
Looking for a steady job that’s easy to learn and gets you started right away? We’re hiring Assemblers to join our overnight production team assembling paper shades in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Schedule: Sunday – Friday | 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $16/hour
Start: Immediate
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble paper shades on a production line with speed and accuracy
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
What Success Looks Like:
- Hitting daily production goals
- Maintaining a low error/defect rate
- Showing up consistently and on time
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn—no prior experience needed
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for 6–8 hours
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Lifting up to 30 lbs
- Bending and reaching as needed
Work Environment & Equipment:
- Light assembly machinery and basic hand tools
- Conveyor/production line setup
- Clean, structured warehouse setting
