Welder – Industrial Repair Shop
Location: Knoxville, TN
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (quick raises based on performance)
We’re hiring a skilled Welder for a busy industrial job shop handling custom parts and equipment repairs. This role offers steady hours, a variety of hands-on work, and opportunity for fast pay growth if you show strong potential.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Repair and fabricate industrial components
- Read blueprints and follow job specs
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all work
Requirements
- Welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong work ethic and reliability
