Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified CDL drivers (OTR, Regional, or Local as applicable)
• Manage the full recruiting cycle from first contact through onboarding
• Post and manage job ads across job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone screens and interviews with potential drivers
• Maintain accurate applicant records and follow compliance guidelines
• Build lasting relationships with drivers and maintain strong follow-up
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals

Qualifications

• Previous trucking or transportation recruiting experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of DOT requirements is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software is preferred
