What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a crew performing railroad track repairs and maintenance

• Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and job assignments

• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment and hand tools

• Communicate with management on project progress and crew needs

• Previous experience in railroad repair, construction, or heavy labor

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

• Safety-focused mindset

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to travel as needed
