Position Summary:
The Contract Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing and analyzing contracts to ensure all required information is complete, accurate, and compliant. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify inconsistencies, and the initiative to follow up on missing or incorrect information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit contracts to ensure all required fields, terms, and documentation are complete and accurate
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues within contracts
- Communicate with internal teams or external parties to resolve contract issues and obtain necessary information
- Track and document contract status, updates, and outstanding items
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all contract reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within documents
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
