We are seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair apartment homes, common areas, and community grounds. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing routine and preventive maintenance, preparing vacant units for new residents, and responding to maintenance emergencies.
- Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in readiness
- Maintain community amenities and grounds
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs
