Manufacturing Machine Operators
Location: Knoxville, TN
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities
We are hiring Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing departments. These positions involve operating production equipment, monitoring quality, performing basic machine adjustments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality products.
Available Positions
- Machine Operator (Racing Components Production)
- Operate production machinery
- Perform quality checks
- Monitor equipment and make basic adjustments
- Support daily production goals
- CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift)
- Load parts and operate CNC equipment
- Use micrometers and calipers for inspections
- Monitor machining processes for accuracy and quality
- Contract-to-hire opportunity
- Machine Operator
- Operate and maintain blade welding equipment
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting
- Read measurements and instruments accurately
- Ensure product quality and equipment performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Manufacturing and/or machine operation experience preferred
- CNC experience preferred for CNC Operator openings
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers, preferred
- Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
