What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance
- Answer incoming calls, chats, emails, and support tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, password, and connectivity issues
- Document resolutions and escalate complex issues when needed
- Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving technical problems
