Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay: $16.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Food Production Associates for a local food manufacturing facility in Knoxville. No manufacturing experience is required! This is an excellent opportunity to get started in food production, earn overtime, and build a long-term career.
Responsibilities

Package, sort, and rack food products on a production line.

Place finished products into boxes, seal packages, and apply labels.

Move completed boxes onto designated racks.

Maintain a clean work area and follow food safety procedures.

Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.

Bend, squat, reach, and twist as needed.

Work in warm or cold production areas depending on the department.
