General Labor - Foam Packing Associate
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM Start Time
Location: Knoxville, TN
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Foam Packing Associates. This position involves packing foam products used in dog beds, cushions, and other comfort products in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pack foam products according to quality standards
- Inspect materials for defects before packaging
- Label, stack, and prepare products for shipping
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with general labor duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
